Students, Teaching and administrative staff grants and trainings

Staff mobility is a key pillar of international collaboration in higher education. Through the Staff Mobility Grants and Training opportunities offered by the IMPACT project, academic and administrative staff have the chance to enhance their skills, share best practices, and foster meaningful connections with colleagues across the Mediterranean and beyond.

These grants support short-term teaching assignments, training sessions, and job shadowing experiences at partner institutions. The aim is to promote knowledge exchange, encourage innovation in teaching and management, and strengthen the international dimension of participating universities.

Whether you’re a faculty member looking to contribute your expertise abroad, or an administrative professional seeking new perspectives and tools, the IMPACT mobility program provides a unique opportunity to grow professionally in an international context.

Specific mobility and training opportunities will be regularly advertised in this section of the TNE IMPACT website, so we invite you to stay connected and explore how you can take part.

The application process for grants and academic courses within the TNE (Transnational Education) partnership framework is guided by a structured and merit-based methodology. Each application is evaluated based on a combination of academic history, recognized prior learning (RPL), credit transfers, and demonstrated language proficiency, where applicable.

Applicants are required to provide evidence of previous studies, including transcripts, certifications, and course outlines, to facilitate the assessment of eligibility and credit recognition. Language knowledge is assessed in line with the linguistic requirements of the host institution or program, and standardized language test results may be required.
Importantly, selection is conducted on a project-by-project basis, ensuring that candidates are matched to opportunities that align with their academic background, personal competencies, and the specific objectives of each grant or course. The TNE partnership institutions jointly oversee the evaluation and selection process to maintain transparency, academic rigor, and equitable access.
This approach ensures that each application is reviewed holistically and that successful applicants are well-positioned to succeed in their chosen academic or professional pathway.
